Welcome Students!

Whether you are just starting at Northern Marianas College and looking for ways to connect and develop as a leader, the Set SAIL Conference is a great way to discover and build on what you have. Set SAIL features multiple workshops on various leadership skills that you can apply not only as a student, but also in the workplace, community and beyond!

The one day conference is packed full of amazing opportunities for NMC Students. The conference will consist of a breakfast and buffet lunch, plenary sessions, and breakout workshops, and a chance to win some awesome prizes! As a student, you will be able to pick and choose sessions to attend that target your specific interests.

Participants will have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on conference focused on providing student leaders with the skills and abilities that they will need to lead.

How Do I Register and How Much Does it Cost?

Registration for the conference is completely FREE for NMC students.

How many people will attend the conference?

We are expecting 80-100 participants for the conference.

Why are student organizations encouraged to send representatives?

The Set SAIL Conference serves as a space for campus leaders to come together to foster stronger relationships that can promote new collaborations. Collaboration is an essential value of leadership that demonstrates. The conference engages participants and promotes self-awareness, diversity, and inclusion.Registration for the conference is completely FREE for NMC students.
